We will start the visa application process for you by connecting you to our visa partner. Your Destination Expert will create a WhatsApp travel group for you and your fellow travels and introduce you to the Customer Dedication Personnel. All your queries and updates about your visa process, payment alerts, and any important relevant information will be conveyed via this WhatsApp group. Once your final payment is complete and the date of departure draws near, we’ll send your final travel documents and set up a pre-departure call to clarify any last-minute queries.

The complete amount is payable 21 days prior to your scheduled departure date. If your booking is made less than 21 days before departure, the entire price of the trip is due within a week of your reservation. Prices are quoted in Indian currency and the payments can be paid by bank transfer, debit or credit card and UPI.
Example: You have booked an Italy tour package for 21 May, 2024 on 15 March, 2024. Your payment schedule will consist of a total of 4-5 periodic instalments to be completed by 1 May, 2024.
