You’ll get your initial itinerary 24 hours after getting in touch with us.

  • First, we’ll arrange a call to get to know you and your fellow travellers. In this call, we’ll inquire about your interests and travel preferences, as well as bounce off ideas for your favoured destinations.

  • Next, we’ll tailor a customized holiday package and send it over within 24 hours of our first call. Then, before confirming, you can make as many changes to your trip as you like.

  • Lastly, once we incorporate your desired modifications and requests, we will send the final itinerary for your approval.

  • Your requirements may take longer to plan if they are more complex. However, because we specialise in highly customized international trips, we make sure to take all of your suggestions into account before creating your bespoke travel itinerary.

Our Destination Experts carefully consider your interests before creating each and every one of our itineraries. The ones on our website are intended to serve as examples and as a source of inspiration for you. After our initial phone call, your Destination Expert will start creating your customized holiday package in accordance with your preferences.

For instance, if you're interested in our Paris honeymoon package, you can either request the one that is displayed on our website, add or remove any of the included items, or have your Destination Expert create a brand-new package entirely based on your specifications.

We design itineraries of any duration or complexity. We will organise and carry out all of your travel plans, whether you're looking for a Bali Honeymoon Package for a weekend escape or a Europe tour package for extended family holiday.

YES. Your internal flights for the land package will all be scheduled by us. You do, however, have the choice to arrange your own domestic and international flight. If not, we can handle everything from start to finish and take the pressure off of you. Simply let us know.

We will make the initial bookings for your accommodation, activities, and intercity transfers when you have approved the final itinerary and paid the booking fee. We will start the visa application process for you by connecting you to our visa partner. Your Destination Expert will create a WhatsApp travel group for you and your fellow travels and introduce you to the Customer Dedication Personnel. All your queries and updates about your visa process, payment alerts, and any important relevant information will be conveyed via this WhatsApp group. Once your final payment is complete and the date of departure draws near, we’ll send your final travel documents and set up a pre-departure call to clarify any last-minute queries.

Yes, of course. We’re highly flexible and recognise that fresh ideas may arise as the weeks progress. Send them our way, and we will try our best to incorporate them.

Your payment plan with periodic instalments will be shared with you once you finalize your itinerary. 
The complete amount is payable 21 days prior to your scheduled departure date. If your booking is made less than 21 days before departure, the entire price of the trip is due within a week of your reservation. Prices are quoted in Indian currency and the payments can be paid by bank transfer, debit or credit card and UPI. 

Example: You have booked an Italy tour package for 21 May, 2024 on 15 March, 2024. Your payment schedule will consist of a total of 4-5 periodic instalments to be completed by 1 May, 2024. 

Please note that while we design the payment schedule taking your convenience into consideration, timely payment is necessary as the same is forwarded to our contracted suppliers. Sorry for being so official on this point, but we want to ensure that your vacation goes smoothly without any hassles.

You can pay for your international holiday package via bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS), payment gateway (all major credit/debit cards), or UPI as per your convenience.

Bespoke travel is not cheap – however, it is our competitive advantage that we are able to offer premium service while meeting your expectations. We have recourse to agreements, mutual trust and goodwill of local partners and guides that allow us to source extraordinary experiences at optimal pricing. 

No two Duniya Safari trips are identical – for the effort, care and expertise invested in your itinerary is tailored to fit your expectations perfectly. We understand the value of your money. Thus, we thrive to deliver a seamless experience; right from the moment you contact us to the end of your dream vacation.

The contracted rates that we receive from our suppliers come under the purview of a legally enforceable confidentiality agreement with them. As such, we are unable to provide the exact price breakdown. However, we will always make every effort to provide the clarity you need to confidently book your international holiday package with us.

At Duniya Safari, there are no hidden fees. Your final customized international holiday package is priced inclusive of all Indian taxes. Exclusions, if any, are explicitly mentioned. You will pay only after you are 100% satisfied with our itinerary and only for your actual vacation.

Our Destination Experts are the foundation of our company. They are well versed in the in-depth knowledge of the destinations and know them inside and out. They are passionate about travel and specialize in complex logistical expertise. They are up to date with the rules and regulations, customs, and culture of their destination as well as the current news.

Once they connect with you to understand and design your itinerary, your Destination Expert will invest exhaustive hours to research, source and build the perfect itinerary for you. They delight in complicated itineraries and specialize in complex routings. Their love for travel and vested personal interest translates to a dedicated designed itinerary.

The Customer Dedication Personnel is an exclusive team put together for the sole purpose of providing dedicated after-sales service to our clients. Once you confirm your booking with us, your Destination Expert will introduce and connect with an executive of the Customer Dedication Personnel on your WhatsApp group. They will be responsible for addressing and resolving all your queries going forward. All your pre-travel, on-travel and post-travel concerns will be handled by them This service extends beyond the completion of your trip as they will also keep you updated regularly about our company news, offers and promotions.

Honestly, it depends on a case-to-case basis. 

Example: You have booked the international flight and hotels for your Italy holiday package on your own and would like us to plan and book the internal transfers and sightseeing activities. We will definitely help you out in such a case. However, if you want us to book just the airport transfers, unfortunately, we cannot.

We have no fixed departures. We specialize in novel itineraries. Alongside your personal Destination Expert, the Customer Dedication Personnel will be available to assist you throughout your trip over call, mail or whatsapp. Rest assured; we will be with you at every step of your trip.

During your trip if you are in need of emergency assistance, you’ll find the necessary contact details in your travel documents. If your query is activity related, we recommend calling our local supplier partner as they will be able to provide on the ground solution. For anything that goes beyond this, simply drop a message in your dedicated whatsapp travel group and our Customer Dedication Personnel will attend to it immediately.

Of course, with pleasure. Once you finalize and make your initial payment, we will connect you with our affiliated visa partner. They will provide you with the checklist of all the required documents, assess, verify, and advise you regarding your documentation eligibility, and submit your application. If you have booked a Europe tour package with us, the visa team will schedule your appointment and you have to personally visit the VFS to submit your application as they require biometric verification. Your visa assistance fee is included in your final package price.

While we personally cannot arrange your forex, we will direct you towards appropriate channels that will gladly assist you with your forex.

Travel insurance is a mandatory document for your Europe tour package from India visa application. Your travel insurance is already included in your final package price. For other destinations, we highly recommend you take the insurance to safeguard your trip against unforeseen circumstances. It can be included in your package as a value-added service.

Tourism has evolved post pandemic. It is now mandatory to be vaccinated with a WHO approved covid vaccine. As new regulations are being updated dynamically, your Destination Expert will guide you regarding further details.
